DCCG gives access to Dutch Healthcare professionals involved in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. Futhermore the majority of clinical trials in the Netherlands in colorectal cancer are intiated by the DCCG.

DCCG draws its highly regarded members from the entire spectrum of gastrointestinal oncology. Specialists and researchers in the field of colorectal cancer with interest in: Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Radio Oncology, Pathology, Gastroenterology, Imaging, Radiology, Basic Science and Genetics. Other healthcare providers who are significant involved in oncology patient care, in both academia and community-based setting make up the core membership. The more than 300 members prescribe and/or influence the use of systemic drugs, hormones, and biologic agents in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
